Rehabilitation Counsellor - Sydney

We're looking for a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, or Rehabilitation Counsellor to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation services across Sydney.

About the Role
In this role, you'll help individuals and organisations achieve their best by:
- Supporting clients to return to meaningful work following physical or psychological injury
- Making a real difference to people experiencing psychological injury or personal challenges
- Using your clinical expertise to guide clients through their return-to-life and return-to-work journeys across Insurance, Employment, and Disability Employment Services
- Reducing the impact of injury or illness through prevention, rehabilitation, and training initiatives
- Managing cases effectively — planning, coordinating, and monitoring progress toward return-to-work goals
- Building strong relationships with clients, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders

Essential Requirements
- Professional registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or AASW
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
- Current Working With Children Check
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check if successful
